A Strategic Intervention Coach and NLP Energy Practitioner
A natural healer from a young age, I’m dedicated to helping people find their own path and live their best life.
Having overcome burnout and anxiety, it was my own personal journey that lead me to become a Life Coach and develop a keen interest in how stress impacts our bodies.
I studied under the guidance of Master EFT Practitioners Sue Beer and Emma Roberts, two of only 24 master trainers in the world and the pioneers of Integrated Energy Techniques.
As well as an Accredited EFT Practitioner with EFT International, I am also an Accredited NLP Practitioner and member of the ABNLP Institution.
Trained as a Love Coach, with Project Love founders Vicki Pavitt and Selina Barker, and supported women on their dating journey on the Get Ready for Love course.
Most recently, I have deepened my understanding of Transformation Coaching, by studying at Robbins-Madanes Training and Six Human Needs psychology developed by Tony Robbins.
As your coach, I bring together Energy Psychologies coaching, including EFT, NLP alongside Strategic Intervention Coaching, in a way that’s best for each and every person.
I am a fully insured and truly dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals.
For 20 years, I worked hard and played hard as a PR in London, securing exclusives and events for a myriad of global brands and campaigns and generating coverage worldwide.
I have been married and I have been divorced. I was a single girl in London and certainly experienced my fair share of dating shenanigans and stories.
I didn’t get self-love at first, I thought it was the latest buzz word or hashtag and I didn’t realise that by not loving or respecting myself, I was attracting the kind of people who wouldn’t love or respect me. I have walked the walk and understand the challenges and rewards that come from dating and learning to love yourself.
I got the Burn Out Generation t-shirt and lived in denial for years, fanning the flames by smiling and pretending everything was OK, juggling all the plates. I was definitely not ok.
I developed a rare pituitary gland illness, suffered from chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, a kaput thyroid, a very broken heart, lived in shame as a divorcee and was burnt out.
During that period was like being shipwrecked, completely broken by life and living in the darkness at the bottom of the sea. Hitting rock bottom was the best thing that could have happened. I woke up.
Fast forward to now and I can honestly say I’m living my best, healthiest and happiest life – and, finally, truly thriving.
The idea to become a coach, was a belief about wanting more, deserving more. That life should be more than surviving, everyone of us should be thriving and living our best life.
While I was travelling around India by myself a conversation sparked a spontaneous trip to the Andaman Islands to swim with an elephant called Raj. I didn’t find Raj but I unexpectedly found a man from Munich.
Following that trip, I’m now living the expat life in Munich with that man and our daughter.
Life is full of surprises and proof that anything is possible.
