A Mindset Coach and Energy Practitioner and a proud mum of my toddler.
Originally from the UK and now living in Munich, I coach clients from around the world, as well as running digital supportive workshops.
Having overcome burnout and anxiety, it was my own personal journey that led me to become a Mindset Coach and Energy Practitioner, developing a keen interest in aligning the wellness of the mind and the body.
As your coach, I bring together Life Coaching, NLP and Energy Psychologies, in a way that’s best for each and every person.
I studied under the guidance of EFT Founding Masters Emma Roberts and Sue Beer, the originators and pioneers of Integrated Energy Techniques (IET), bringing together EFT (Tapping) and Ericksonian Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Coaching, Cognitive Psychotherapy and Psycho-spiritual approaches.
As well as an Accredited EFT Practitioner with EFT International, I am also an Accredited NLP Practitioner and member of the ABNLP Institution.
Previoulsy I worked with the superb ladies over at Project Love, Vicki Pavitt and Selina Barker, as a Self Love Coach and supported women on their dating journey on the Get Ready for Love course.
Most recently I have collaborated with Pippagina, running supportive workshops for English Speaking Mothers in Munich. I have witnessed the devastation the pandemic has brought to the mental health of International Mothers, and it is a subject close to my heart.
In a previous land far far away, I worked hard and played hard as a Publicist for over 15 years in London. This involved securing exclusives and events for a myriad of global brands and campaigns and generating coverage worldwide.
I have been married and divorced.
I received the Burn Out Generation t-shirt and lived in denial for years, fanning the flames by smiling and pretending everything was OK, juggling all the plates. I was definitely not ok.
I developed a rare pituitary gland illness, suffered from chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, a very broken heart, lived in shame as a divorcee and was burnt out.
During that period was like being shipwrecked, completely broken by life and living in the darkness at the bottom of the sea. Hitting rock bottom was the best thing that could have happened. I woke up.
The idea to become a coach was a belief about wanting more, deserving more. That life should be more than surviving, every one of us should be thriving.
That you can overcome challenges in front of you and learn to live and breathe again. I am so grateful to have had the best and wisest teachers in Energy Work and Coaching, that have made me the person and Coach I am now. I’m a work in progress and I am so grateful for it, as it means I can evolve and grow.
How did I end up in Munich? On a solo trip to India, a conversation sparked a spontaneous trip to the Andaman Islands to swim with an elephant called Raj. I didn’t find Raj but I unexpectedly found a man from Munich.
Following that trip, I’m now living in Munich with that man and our daughter.
Life is full of surprises and proof that anything is possible.
